
Portugal. The Man has announced a new album called Chris Black Changed My Life.
The record will arrive June 23. Its title is a reference to PTM’s “late friend and honorary band member” Chris Black.

“‘Dummy’ is an ode to The Cure,” says vocalist John Gourley. “For all those hopeless doomers out there waxing poetic on the end times while dancing to ‘Boys Don’t Cry.'”
Chris Black Changed My Life is the follow-up to Portugal. The Man’s 2017 album, Woodstock, which spawned the megahit “Feel It Still.”
