Paramore‘s new album This Is Why has been lighting up several Billboard charts following its release earlier this month, including debuting at #1 on the Top Album Sales ranking and #2 on the Billboard 200. In reaction to its chart success, Hayley Williams and company are channeling that one Gwen Stefani song.

“This is bananas,” the group says.

“We know enough by now to know success doesn’t equal value,” they continue. “That being said, to experience the #1’s (and a #2 between [SZA and Taylor Swift]) on this album, as this version of Paramore, is such a sweet and surreal moment to celebrate together. Thank you.”

This Is Why also brought Paramore to the top of another chart with its title track, which earned the band their first #1 on the Alternative Airplay ranking.

Paramore will launch a U.S. headlining tour in support of This Is Why in May. They’re also opening two dates on Swift’s tour in March.
